SCHEDULING
A credit card is required to schedule all appointments. This includes services that gift cards are intended to be paid for at the time of service. There is no charge to the card on file at the time of scheduling.
Cancellations
Cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is free of charge if made more than 24 hours in advance. Services cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the anticipated services and no-shows at the anticipated full service price to the credit card on file.

Return Policy
Kevin Murphy, Oway, Eufora & I-N: Returns within 30 days with the exception of online orders. Online Orders: Sales FINAL since we are unable to personally prescribe the product in this case. Eminence, Youngblood and all other brands: Sales FINAL.
Electronic Devices
We are dedicated to providing a relaxing environment for our guests. Please turn cell phones on vibrate/silent and please use headphones if listening to an electronic device.
Children
We welcome well-behaved children receiving services. During a haircut, the child’s comfort and safety are our top priority. We will not provide haircuts to children unwilling or unable to cooperate with the service. We want them to have a positive experience! Anyone under the age of 18 requesting hair color or bikini waxing must have signed guardian consent prior to service.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. We accept gratuity on credit cards, cash or Venmo. Thank you for your generosity!
